        I have dpp.pros file, which has only 'use_local_psql=true '. Do i need to maintain the proxy settings here

          @velu : try System.props. ESME uses the user who is running the Thread as the name of the property file

              I am getting the following info in TOMCAT 'INFO: Proxy settings: [no host]:[no port]", But I have maintained http.proxyHost=<value> http.proxyPort=<value>

                That is because esme isn't finding your property file. What OS are you using? Windows?

                  I am using Windows. I have created propery file named 'SYSTEM.props' and maintain the values. Still getting the message "INFO: Proxy settings: [no host]:[no port]"
