I am using Windows. I have created propery file named 'SYSTEM.props' and maintain the values. Still getting the message "INFO: Proxy settings: [no host]:[no port]"

That is because esme isn't finding your property file. What OS are you using? Windows?

yeah, I got that too, it occurs only when you "restart" the action though (when you uncheck and check it).
