After creating the props file wity my name. I am getting the error The requested resource (/esme/user_mgt/login) is not available.

I am using Windows. I have created propery file named 'SYSTEM.props' and maintain the values. Still getting the message "INFO: Proxy settings: [no host]:[no port]"

That is because esme isn't finding your property file. What OS are you using? Windows?

yeah, I got that too, it occurs only when you "restart" the action though (when you uncheck and check it).

just downloaded esme from apache svn: it compiles, but after openid login it gives me "The Requested URL /user_mgt/edit was not found on this server"

Actually the hooks-actions branch of ESME already implements fetching Atom/RSS entries and posting to your message stream.

just thinking of an RSS-based news poster on esme, which posts to defined users/groups/tags on the arrival of new rss entries

the token from internal esme does not allow to login... it just says "failed"... what could be the reason? any special ports flex is using to address the server?
